Last week, we welcomed 11 teams from our local Crosby schools to Marine for our annual National League Primary Schools Tournament, and what a fantastic day it was! 👏

A huge thank you to our Marine Academy lads, who did a brilliant job coaching, refereeing and looking after the schools throughout the tournament. 💚

We were treated to two fantastic finals, with both games going to extra time and the girls’ final going all the way to a penalty shootout! 😮⚽️

🏆 Mixed Winners: Waterloo Primary School
🏆 Girls’ Winners: Valewood Primary School

A special congratulations to our newest partners, Waterloo Primary, on winning the mixed tournament, and to Valewood on lifting the girls’ trophy!

Both schools will now represent Marine in the next round, and we wish them the very best of luck. Everyone at Marine will be cheering you on all the way to Wembley! 🏟️🤞

Finally, a massive thank you to the National League Trust for organising this brilliant tournament every year and giving young people the opportunity to represent their schools and clubs.
