On Thursday the 25th of April our Heritage walking group went to the Pine woods in Freshfield.
It was an early start for the group who arrived by train to the Freshfield train station before making there way to the Pine woods where they did a nice circuit exploring the woodland areas and seeing the lovely sites that Freshfield has to offer. Before finishing with a nice warm drink and a cake.
These Heritage walks are a great way to socialise, meet new people and get out for a couple of hours on a Thursday morning. Why not come along next week where they will be walking towards the Albert Docks.
